This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing personal data of users of the Loggy SaaS application (hereinafter: "Application"), available at: https://loggy.pl.

2. Purposes and Legal Bases of Data Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

Data processing for analytical purposes using cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) is carried out only based on your consent, in accordance with the Cookie Policy.

3. Scope of Processed Data

Depending on how you use the Application, the Controller may process the following personal data:

  • name and surname,
  • e-mail address,
  • login and password (in encrypted form),
  • contact details (optional),
  • technical data (IP address, device identifier, browser type),
  • billing and invoice data (address, VAT ID),
  • payment identifiers,
  • Application activity history.

4. Data Sources

Personal data is obtained from:

  • directly from the user,
  • automatically (server logs, cookies),
  • from the payment operator Tpay – to the extent necessary to complete transactions.

5. Data Recipients

Personal data may be transferred to the following recipients or categories of recipients:

  • employees and collaborators of the Controller,
  • IT and hosting service providers,
  • payment operator Tpay – Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A.,
  • invoicing service provider – Fakturownia sp. z o.o., ul. Smulikowskiego 6/8, 00-389 Warsaw,
  • accounting and legal firms,
  • public authorities – when required by law.

Data is transferred only to the extent necessary to achieve specific purposes.

6. Data Transfers Outside the EEA

Personal data is generally not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

When using tools from external providers (e.g., Google), data may be transferred outside the EEA based on standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.

Upon request, the Controller will provide a copy of the safeguards applied.

7. Data Retention Period

Personal data is retained:

  • for the duration of the contract and after its termination – until the expiration of potential claims,
  • accounting and invoice data – for the period required by law (generally 5 years),
  • marketing data – until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years from the last activity,
  • technical data – for the period necessary to ensure security and proper functioning of the Application.

8. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data,
  • rectification of data,
  • erasure of data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing),
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

9. Registration and Login

Creating an account requires providing an e-mail address and password. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and are not accessible to the Controller.

The Application uses session cookies to maintain user login.

10. Payments and Invoicing

Payments are processed through Tpay – Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A.

VAT invoices are issued and stored using the external invoicing system Fakturownia.pl, operated by Fakturownia sp. z o.o.

The Controller does not process payment card data.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Application uses cookies in accordance with the applicable Cookie Policy, available on the Loggy website.

12. Data Security

The Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:

  • data transmission encryption (SSL),
  • access control,
  • server security,
  • regular system updates.

13. Automated Decision-Making

Personal data is not used for fully automated decision-making that could produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the user.
